Sonya J. Samuel, a native of Jackson, is a Legal Assistant at the law firm of Blackmon & Blackmon, PLLC under the direct supervision of Attorneys Adrienne Hooper and Kelsey Rushing. She has worked for Blackmon & Blackmon, PLLC, since March 15, 2001. Ms. Samuel is a 1982 graduate of Lanier High School and is presently working on her Paralegal Degree at Hinds Community College.

Ms. Samuel is the proud mother of two children, Steven J. Samuel and Brittany N. Samuel. She attends Second Temple Church of Christ Holiness.
